Driving Quality Care Through Community Self‑Monitoring

WHO WE ARE
Working to enhance the quality of life…
Helping Hands and Grassroot Support Foundation (HHGSF) is a community‑rooted non‑governmental organization established in 2013 to improve the lives of underserved and vulnerable populations in Nigeria. We work on the front lines of development—connecting communities with public systems, strengthening local capacity, and expanding access to essential health, education, and social services. Through grassroots engagement, systems strengthening, and evidence‑based advocacy, we drive inclusive and sustainable change. At HHGSF, we are building a future where everyone—especially the most vulnerable—lives with dignity, equal opportunity, and a voice to thrive.
